You can apply by clicking on any “Apply Now” button on this website. Each adult in the household must submit a completed application. You can also come to the office and complete an application. You will need to pay the application fee when you apply. You will be required to provide proof of income and a copy of your ID.
Yes, Appfolio will charge your credit card $50.00 for each applicant.
Generally the application process can be completed in 3 days, if all the necessary documents are provided for all applicants: appropriate credit, previous rental history and criminal background.
Some properties may accept pets, we recommend you ask in advance.
Terms are often negotiable. Terms may be different by Property. We do not provide weekly Vacation Rental Properties.
On Occasion we have furnished properties. The secondary deposit will be equal to one and a half times the monthly rent.
Your application will be screened for appropriate credit, previous rental history, criminal background. Monthly rent shall not exceed one third of household income.
